1) I can recognize and forgive my own faults, usually

2) I have a few diverse talents - art, writing, guitar & singing (I was the lead singer in a band for awhile lol), maths and sciences (though it's been a while since I've put those into practice)

3) I help foster feelings of community, openness, creativity and enthusiasm

4) I am smart. S-M-R-T!

5) I look about ten years younger than I am

I'm actually kind of bad at these "list good things about yourself" memes, lol. Does this still count if I don't tag anyone? I don't want to pressure anyone, so do this if you like. It gave me a bit of a boost today, so I'm glad dolnmoon tagged me :)

It counts, course it does! I struggle with finding the good things about myself though 5 should be doable, right?
Number 3 is a big thing - it means a lot to a lot of people. You are definitely smart and talented; I don't really know about #1 but I hope the latter half of that sentence is true! And #5 is fun to have :D

Five took some thinking, but was doable! #5 is definitely fun to have, but it's a pain when I'm without my ID and want to buy cigarettes, lol. And I've found over the years that #3 can be kind of a feedback loop; the more I put into something, the more I get back, and it makes fandom a much more rewarding experience. Now I just have to get the colorme comm going again. I think I'm going to do another round this October and see how that goes :)

Yay! Colourme is wonderful. I still get told I don't look my age, but sadly ten years younger these days doesn't help. Of course you could take the hint and give up smoking... *wink*

You are an amazing person and I keep finding new things out about you every year.. It will only take us another 20yrs of friendship to find them all out. lol Lead singer in a band..... that explains a lot when you sang for us in LS that time. \0/

I want your youthful appearance now I am totally jealous of you.. lol I look in the mirror and think.. where did this old lady come from. lol

You are a mentor to fandom.. we all love the fact that we can express our love and openness without judgment within your ls and with you in general. You keep us going, creating and enthusiastic.

I am glad you were happy to be tagged.. I worry and tbh, I tagged those I like a lot because you all popped into my head right away. lol You're towards the end because I wasn't sure you'd even see it.. but glad that you did. <3

It has taken some time, and years of therapy, and growing older, to be able to start forgiving my own faults. I'm still working on it, but it makes living much easier.

In 20 years I won't have my youthful appearance anymore, if my mom is any clue, lol. But for now, it helps that I'm of Cherokee lineage... my cheeks are baby cheeks. It also helps that I dont get out in the sun very often, and when I do, I use bucketloads of sunscreen, lol.

lol, every1 hav the dum sumtiems. But I do try to forgive myself when I do. I can usually laugh it off, haha.

I hope I still look younger in 20 years! I do hear that 50 is the new 40, though, so maybe it will be that way for me.
