Favorite podfics?

What's your favorite podfic to listen to while you're going to bed? I've been having trouble sleeping, and I have a HUGE collection of podfics downloaded, but I have trouble remembering which is which and recorded by whom.

So what's the most comforting story to hear, the most soothing voice? Do you have a fave podficcer, or a go-to story that you often turn to? I need to fill up a little sleepytime playlist, and I'm at a loss. I think Dictionary for a Dead Language is going on the list, but I have no idea what else.

ETA: Who's that wonderful SPN author who records her own podfics? She also does a lot of baseball RPF, and I CANNOT remember her name for the life of me.

Podfics! Allow me to wholeheartedly second everyone who said that chemm80 is magnificent. And I'll go ahead and second the PBR 'verse as well. She allows the Texas to come out loud and clear on that one and it's a thing of beauty.

As for wincest, I was gonna point you in the direction of candle_beck, but then saw your edit! Those are pretty much my Very Favorite Thing, particularly Come My Way, Ascalon, and Speechless. Man oh man, I love Speechless so much I got a tattoo inspired by it.

Another I love is And Back Again written by whereupon (an author who writes exactly the way I like to read, if that makes sense) and read by escherzo.

chemm80 is my *favorite*, and I think I need to get the PBR verse, because I haven't listened to that yet I don't think? I believe I've listened to ALLLL the Sam/Dean podfic that exists, lol, but I haven't gotten around to all the J2.

OKAY SO, my “sleepy time” playlist has…117 items in it right now, and I add more frequently. I’m sure this surprises no one. /o/

My preferences for podfics-to-listen-to-while-I-go-to-sleep waffle between cute and angsty. It really comforts me the most to re-listen to very long stories with many satisfying angsty and UST-y bits. And so, chemm80’s readings of Screw You, We’re From Texas and the QB Verse are superduperamazing and absolutely, absolutely, absolutely #1 for me. I have listened to those podfics infinity number of times. (I see that many of these comments have turned into little chemm80 lovefests and that is totally appropriate. <3 )
