Very few people have signed up so far, so if you're interested, take a peek! There have been no artist sign-ups, and the minimum artists have to do is a podfic cover.

So yeah, I said I wasn't going to sign up for any art challenges this year. Guess my brain decided other challenges were a-okay!

I've not been very productive with finished art pieces for the last few bangs I've participated in, so I decided to try the other side. I've never been a writer in a fandom fest thing before, it should be interesting!

But I never noticed before how many more writers there were than artists. So far it looks like it's about 5:1, that's nuts!

Yeeeah. That kinda sucks, the ratio. But it's typical.

I had a great time writing for it, though! Firstly, I co-wrote with monicawoe, who is fantabulous. It's a whole different kind of exciting, though ... hoping your summary gets picked by a fun artist, but it's really fulfilling to start and finish longfic. If only to prove to yourself YOU CAN.

Yeah, you can either sign up for the minibang (minimum 10k word podfic) or the bigbang (min. 20k word podfic.) I'm pretty sure it can be any RPF, too, not just j2. I'm doing the minibang :)
