I love the idea of the color me comm. Though (unfortunately) there is no way I'd ever be able to colour in someone else's work. I think colouring/shading requires an artists eye as much as the the line art. I mean, look at the amazing colouring job you've done here!!!

Coloring other people's art is good practice, though; you don't have to post it :) You also don 't have to create a masterpiece or anything--the comm is meant to be fun :) And we have other things, like crossword puzzles and word finds, and hopefully more stuff like that soon :)

I loved the original of this so much, but this variant is excellent : D I especially love the shades of pink and red- it gives it this feeling of dusk.

The values and colors here are AMAZING. It's ridiculous fun to see this colored differently, and so boldly! Your treatment really exaggerates the mood and is simply perfect for it. (I'm working on one of yours, too, but it's a rougher one so I'm inking first. Trying really hard to keep your style, though!)

I'm so glad you like what I did with it~ I shaded with green, because GREEN, man. I had to. I don't know if I've ever used this color palette, but I'm so glad I did. It was crazy fun. Your lines are so dreamy.

*claps* Yay, I'm glad you're working on one! No need to keep my style; do what feels right :) I've collab'ed with another artists a few times, where we passed a piece back and forth like, rough sketch->lines->base colors & palette->shading, and we used our own style for each pass. It was neat :)

I commend the lenear work and the colour insertion really enhances the whole feel of the image. It's amazingly well crafted with a desolate and altogether touching comforting appeal. The tender reflection of brotherly affection/love is stunning. Very lovely:).
