This is going to sound so weird but, you know me... There is something about Cas' toes gripping Dean's knee that is so fucking sexy as he's being shared by him with Sam for a dp. Also Sam's big hand on Cas' chest is so fucking yummy..

Cas looks a though its excruciating pleasure, as if he can't take much more but needs more at the same time.
