I totally love the all of the emotion in this picture. Sam's face as Dean patches him up, letting his big brother, the man he loves take care of him and heal him. Dean's loving approach to patching Sam up, his hands around him as he holds Sam tight to his body. Just so much love and lust conveyed in this single act of caring and being saved.

This inspires a fic in me, I had the idea when I saw it this morning, a short fic, very emotional and loving but hurt!comfort non the less.

You are wonderful with the plaid and of course everything else is just beautiful.
